Privacy
Short version: we only keep what you type into the waitlist form, we never ask for ID numbers or documents, and you can be removed any time.
What the waitlist stores
- Your email address (required).
- If you choose to give them: your first name, the country you live in, which country you’d like help with, how your ancestor is related to you, whether you plan to apply in the next 12 months, whether you’d pay for a checklist and tracker (and roughly how much), what you find hardest, and your question. All of these are optional.
- The date you signed up, the page you signed up on, and the community link you came from (if the link had a tag).
What we never collect
We never ask for or store passport numbers, PPS numbers, social security or any other ID numbers, or copies or scans of documents. If a question you send contains a long number, it’s automatically masked before it’s saved.
The ‘Where might I fit?’ guide
The guide runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or saved anywhere.
Why we keep it and where
To email you when our tools are ready and to learn which questions people ask most, so we build the right things first. It’s kept in a private spreadsheet that only the founder can open. We never sell or share your details.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, no advertising and no tracking scripts.
Being removed
Reply to any email from us and ask, or write to our contact address (coming soon). We’ll delete your details.
